Some key information is:

·   All players must register via the SGR Website

·   $65 per team per week (to be paid at the canteen)

·   7 a side mixed competition on half field

·   Minimum of 2 ladies required to be playing on the field

·   Up to 10 Players per team

·   No goalkeeper / No hitting, slapping or tomahawks / No intentional raised balls / No rough play

·   No experience necessary. 

·   Minimum age 14 or turning 14 by 31 December 2025

·   Each side to provide an umpire each week

NB: Any player who has not been registered with Hockey NSW for the winter season will also be required to register via the Registration tab, which will incur an additonal fee collected by Hockey NSW which covers insurance
