Registrations for 2026 are now open
The links below are for registration of junior, women’s and men’s players, as well as non playing club officials. All players need to register before playing any game for the Club.
Registrations are also avaliable for the Term 1 Primary Schools Competition.
Club Fees for 2026 have increased slightly. This is the first increase in mens and womens fees since 2020. Hockey Australia, Hockey NSW and SEHA fees again have been increased, which is out of our control. Please note the Club absords the fees charged by RevolutioniseSport for each registration.
The Club is registered as an Active Kids provider, so parents can pay a portion of their eligible child's fees with the NSW Government's Active Kids voucher.
Please read through the following in its entirety for the 2026 registration process (NB: it is recommended you copy these instructions before commencing the process):
- On your initial registration page you need to select either Returning Member or New Member
- Returning Member
- Fill in your required details and an email will be sent to you. You will need to click on this email to complete the remainder of the registration process - refer to the detailed steps below
- New Member
- Fill in the details required and click next - refer to the detailed steps below
- Membership Type Page - select ONE membership type and click on Next Step.
- Fee categories are sorted by Juniors, Women’s and Men’s, with sperate categories for non plaing managers/coaches/volunteers.
- Choose the appropriate category. NB: Junior fees are determined by age, not necessarily team. Women’s fees have separate categories for the SWHL competitions and the SEHA competition. Men’s play in the SHA competition only.
- Team Registration page – choose “None of the above” and click on Next Step
- Purchase Summary page - this will provide a detailed breakdown of costs and on this page you will be able input:
- your NSW Active Kids Voucher code - please remember to input with NO spaces and click on Apply
- Click on Next Step.
- Basic Details information page - please input your details as required or update as necessary if you are renewing your membership and click on Next Step
- Donations page - there is the option to make a tax deductable donation to the club - this is optional to payment of fees.
- Terms of Registration page - confirm you are in agreement with the terms of registration for Hockey Australia, Hockey NSW and SGR.
Please read the SGR Hockey Club Values – you will expected to commit to these values.
**By Agreeing to the SGR Club Values you are commiting to volunteer for a certain amount of time to assist the Club (winter season only players).

- Enter your Billing information and confirm your registration. There is the option to pay your club fees only over a 4 payments. The first instalment will be charged at the point of registration. Subsequent instalments will be automatically charged to their credit card when they fall due.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration.
